Baba John (John Bush)

Managing Partner · Adbongo Group LLC · Advocacy Launchpad

Nearly twenty years building advocacy, brand, and business systems for clients across industries. John completed a Juris Doctor through a partnership path with the family firm coyotelegal.com, externed with international legal-engineering practice ixian.tech, and holds a Legal Technology Certificate (Credly).

Adbongo Group LLC was reinstated in August 2026 with the Texas Secretary of State after the managing partner completed law school and the Texas bar exam. A Texas Comptroller tax clearance letter dated August 11, 2026 confirmed franchise-tax eligibility for reinstatement (SOS file 0802717683). While we wait on bar results, we are offering a limited number of DAO Maker seats—legal-engineering support for digital organizations (not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship from this site).

Launchpad Lab

Hands-on web3 lab for digital orgs—RSS3 social layer, DAO Maker seats, NFT agents, and LexClinic research (new season underway).

We’re hands-on with cool web3 work—including RSS3 as a social layer—to help you choose a tech stack, plan governance, and ship. Node dashboards come and go with network migrations; the useful next step is the same:

Fill the DAO ecosystem form → RSS3 → DAO Maker → NFT Agents → LexClinic → Legacy lab →

Legacy lab video

Earlier Launchpad Lab / Advocacy Launchpad tape—kept for context next to LexClinic and the DAO Maker stack.

Watch on YouTube →

RSS3

Open social-layer experiments on the RSS3 stack—migration notes, indexed activity, and node-adjacent agents like Max.

As RSS3 shifts VSL → Ethereum and DSL → RSSHub, explorer and indexer URLs may change. This lab view is a convenience surface, not a guarantee of node health.

RSS3 migration note → NFT Agents (Max) → Maxayauwi dashboard →

Indexed activity

Public activity for the operator address via the RSS3 Global Indexer when available.

Why this feed may change

Network migration timelines can move explorer and indexer URLs. Treat this list as a snapshot, not uptime proof.

    DAO Maker

Legal engineering seats for digital organizations—plus what we learned building our own stack, and what we recommend now.

What we recommend now · Kali DAO

For founders who need legal-aware DAO formation without reinventing the sandcastle, we point people to Kali DAO—launch DAOs with legal benefits in seconds (LLC pathways, voting, tokenization templates). Read this Decentralist primer:

Legal Game Changer… Kali DAO →

Not legal advice. DYOR and talk to counsel licensed in your jurisdiction.

    Hands-on summon · Moloch / ZFI DAO

Another way through DAO Maker: summon and run a Moloch-style DAO (treasury, proposals, ragequit, tributes) via the ZFI DAO app—Adbongo forked this stack on GitHub for our Launchpad path.

    Open ZFI DAO summoner →

Our sandcastle · Raid Guild fork → Adbongo DAO Maker

Earlier we forked Raid Guild (DAOhaus lineage) and built our own DAO Maker—a working house for digital orgs until the underlying stack updated and the sandcastle got kicked over. The tooling broke with the tech wave; the craft (legal engineering, ecosystem mapping, advocacy) did not.

Today we still run DAO Maker seats for coordination and counsel-adjacent systems design, demonstrate on Hypha (Divine Adaptable Organization), gather via Luma, and for turnkey legal-structured formation we recommend Kali above.

Legacy design notes from that era: Categories of Web3 DAO Design (Coinmonks).

“John has a process that is unique and effective to allow ‘cause-based’ businesses of all kinds to drive results to their ‘triple’ bottom line. He genuinely cares about your business and results and functions as if he has been an organic member of your team for years. He works with integrity and will be honest and direct with you, which is a far cry from ‘business as usual’. He is highly creative—at times, he seems to be an artist as well as a marketing guru. I hired him to support my marketing efforts with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and his deliverables were of the highest quality. I feel that I received excellent value for my investment in him. His support and guidance allowed me to build an effective and resonating brand presence, which grew my business and overall success tremendously.”

From legacy wealth structures to digital “super trusts”

Durable capital allocation has always depended on layered structures—control, continuity, and mission. Today’s digital organizations ask the same questions with new rails: smart contracts, membership tokens, open activity graphs, and hybrid legal wrappers.

Adbongo’s Advocacy Launchpad work sits at that intersection: research and development for digital organizations, pairing social infrastructure (including our RSS3 node experiments) with practical consulting so founders can upgrade how their business systems actually run.
